The Shipping and Logistics Administrator (SLA) will coordinate the interactions between customer purchases, third-party carriers, and the BCET Customer Care and Accounting teams. This involves ensuring the efficient and timely booking of shipments through our nationwide network of carriers, monitoring and updating the status of booked shipments, and upon completion of shipments, payments are released to the assigned carriers. The Shipping and Logistics Administrator position is a data-centered position. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and reporting skills. In addition to coordinating the shipment operations, the SLA will be responsible for ensuring that shipments are a profit center for the company by purchasing shipment services economically while maintaining timelines and customer satisfaction. The Shipping and Logistics Administrator is responsible for creating, maintaining, and continually enhancing the standard operating procedures of the Shipping operations. The SLA is also responsible for the training and performance monitoring of all BCET employees who perform Shipping activities.
