Essential Duties
Coordinates with the Operations Manager the supervision of the Lead Service Reps in the Coordination and scheduling daily delivers activity using technology and logistics skill sets to ensure service & delivery goals are achieved in a designated time frame, safely and efficiently.
Communicate information and delivery instructions to the Dispatch/Lead Drivers to include schedules, route changes, road conditions, accidents, emergencies, and other changes to mitigate potential delays to schedules.
Dispatch fuel orders in accordance with DOT regulations and in the most cost-efficient way possible.
Maintain RTA compliance, GPS data, and OSHA regulations.
Impart safety policies/procedures to staff as established by EHS.
Plan delivery routes efficiently using Skybitz technology.
Engage with Customer Service and Inside Sales to meet delivery requirements for our customers.
Schedule the appropriate asset and Service Rep. for specialized deliveries.
Work with customers, sales reps, or Mangers to provide issue resolution to our customers.
Take inbound customer call-ins to provide ETA's and manage other request.
Make outbound customer calls to follow up special delivery requirements.
Assist with deliveries when necessary.
Make continuous improvement recommendations when appropriate to Management.
Attend and participate in safety and all other training provided.
Report unsafe or near miss situations, and incidents to EHS and management promptly.
Keep open communication with Sales Reps, Inside Sales, and Customers Service to meet expectations.
Gauge underground bulk fuel tanks daily and record inventory levels.
Coordinate the carding of Service Reps at fuel terminals as needed.
Effectively communicate special delivery information to Pricing and Billing teams.
Report equipment breakdowns, and maintenance requirements to the Fleet Dept. promptly.
Participate on weekly Toolbox meeting and communicate “hot topics” to the Services Reps.
Interviewing and Onboarding of new Service Reps.
Lead training of new team members; create meetings and opportunities to further train existing team members
Lead team involvement on service delivery issues like retains, cross drops, spills, runouts, or mispulls to ensure a resolution to is reached timely.
Coordinate staffing and scheduling needs with Operations Manager to ensure excellent customer service and response is achieved
Implement strategies to examine and improve key processes
Evaluate and measure success potential against actual to identify areas of growth
Other duties as assigned.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full time position. This positions may require weekend work and extended hours of upwards of 50hrs per week.
Minimum Education, Experience and Certification
2-3 years of dispatch experience in the bulk freight distribution segment of transportation, or logistics.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics strongly preferred, but not required
Bi-Lingual preferred, but not required
Valid Driver's License
Familiar with DOT & DISA background requirements

* Input accurate vehicle information into the AS400 computer using a handheld computer (Portable Terminal - PT) or provide information via headset to co-worker for data entry for each vehicle received at the Auction including:
* Vehicle Identification number (VIN)
* Stock number
* Dealer identification number
* Make, model, year, mileage, color, options, etc.
* Affix barcode/stock number sticker on each vehicle received.
* Place work order numbers and routing labels on vehicles upon entry. Flag "no key" cars.
* Direct transporters to proper car drop zone. Report transport damage as needed.
* Take digital image of vehicle upon receipt.
* Provide proper sale identification windshield code to the person who is driving vehicle through the registration/check-in area.
* Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
* Work in cooperation with safety leadership in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
* Perform other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor, i.e. assist on sale days driving vehicles through Auction sales lanes, etc.

Qualifications:

What you will do:
As a key member of Our Client's Team, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and analyzing engineering solutions and deliverables for primarily underground electric distribution facilities for various clients. Underground electrical distribution facilities deliverables include, but are not limited to, master plan layouts for large subdivisions, equipment selection and placement for commercial and residential subdivisions, bore profiles for HDD and other boring methods.
Your key responsibilities:
· Execute the design of underground projects in various CAD programs, including but not limited to AutoCAD's various versions and MicroStation.
· Utilize knowledge of engineering concepts and principles to review and analyze engineering deliverables for 120V to 35kV distribution projects.
· Interface with utility clients and work closely with the project team to ensure deliverables and services are provided to the client's specifications while following internal engineering processes.
· Review designs to ensure compliance with permitting authorities, NEC, NESC, RUS and client standards.
· Support the Engineering Team in executing assigned electrical distribution projects within deadlines and budgets.
· Manage multiple projects while effectively maintaining work product quality, consistency, accuracy, reliability, and accountability.
· Apply analysis to identify the best solution to a design problem and effectively communicate a course of action with the Engineering Team.
· Produce Staking Sheets utilizing client specified software and/or EMPACT Engineering specific software.
· Coordinate with permitting authorities to ensure necessary permits are approved promptly.
· Assist with other special projects as needed.
What you will bring:
· Minimum Two years of relevant work experience.
· Strong knowledge of the design and operation of underground distribution facilities (120V through 35kV).
· Knowledge of the applicable code and permitting authorities' expectations and how it applies to distribution design.
· Understanding of underground distribution system equipment, units, construction methods, and familiarity with easements, right-of-way, and permitting.
· Previous project management experience is a plus with demonstrated proficiency in developing, tracking, and communicating project timelines and results to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
· Excellent attention to detail with sound problem-solving skills and desire for continuous improvement.
