Install workpiece stoppers, guides and any other auxiliary equipment required; control material flow IN/OUT.
Carry out production ensuring that established features to the form, fit and function of the product are achieved during stamping process.
Perform setup/ change-over applying the single minute exchange die (SMED) procedure.

Fill paperwork timely by adding production output data to the routers, stating time, dates, quantities, approvers etc.; make sure info is accurate, clear and complete.
Identify and segregate any nonconforming product and notify supervisor for determining further actions.
Carry out daily preventive maintenance and inspection to machinery, tooling and auxiliary equipment, including
trucks following the customized check lists; report any item noticed out of compliance from OSHA and company regulations.
Dispose scrap, broken pallets, lubricants and other chemicals timely, using allotted containers/dumpsters as indicated by HMT procedures.
Sort, set in order and clean tools, shadow boards, machinery, floors, cabinets, transportation carts, etc. in compliance with 5S program and the weekly tasks schedule.
Other tasks as required by HMT management.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas.

The Robot Operator is responsible for setting up and operating robotic welding equipment according to established procedures. This role requires interpreting blueprints and drawings, adjusting robot settings to specifications, and ensuring accurate, quality production.
Essential Responsibilities:
Review work orders and shop drawings to confirm dimensions and material availability
Set up workstations, fixtures, and robotic welding equipment
Perform dry runs on initial pieces to verify accuracy
Operate the robotic welding system to complete production jobs
Inspect completed work and sign off on operations
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Basic math skills and experience using measuring tools
Familiarity with robotic welding equipment
Strong focus on quality and productivity
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25lbs unassisted
Work Environment
