RESPONSIBILITIES: ASSEMBLY OPERATORS Assembly Operations: Perform assembly tasks such as fitting, fastening, and installing parts and components according to work instructions. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently. Assemble automotive parts, sub-assemblies, in a timely manner to meet production targets. Quality Assurance: Inspect parts and components for defects or damage before and after assembly. Ensure that all assembled products meet quality standards and specifications. Quality Assurance: Inspect welded joints and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and correct defects, such as cracks, porosity, or incomplete fusion, in welded parts. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address and resolve any welding-related quality issues. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Perform basic housekeeping to keep area clean and safe.
