Example: A regular Saturday/Sunday scheduled day off, can be scheduled on either day for an 8-hour up to 12-hour shift, due to production demands and staffing coverage. Employee's base schedule is: Monday to Friday 2:50pm to 11pm weekly repeating. Monday to Friday. 2:50pm to 3pm is a paid shift startup group meeting before going out to the floor for assigned tasks. Walking during this standing time in work cell, continuous rotation between blow mold machine, and tester machine. Repetitive turning & twisting during the leak testing steps of production. Reaching above shoulders, hand and wrist repetitive simple grasping to pick up bottle to stack. The noise level in the work environment is loud and always requires hearing protection when working out on the production floor. The work environment can be very hot, over 90 degrees. Vision: 20/20 corrected and normal hearing range.
