Purpose Statement
Production Operator associates responsible for packaging raw bulk product into smaller packages in a safe, sanitary, cost-effective, and efficient manner. Protects the safety, hygiene and quality of the food, while meeting company quality standards. This is a first shift role, M-Th between 7a-530p EST
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Housekeeping of machine area.
* Verify bulk quantity and accuracy prior to start.
* Make bags in accordance with customer requirements at fastest speed and best quality.
* Bag label/Case label QC .
* Daily feedback to Production Supervisor on Packers and any other issues.
* Operators responsible for upkeep and maintenance of their own machines. MACHINES TURNED OFF WHEN NOT IN USE.
* Bulk pallets are moved behind the production line back to inventory once complete.
* Ensure only current production run's case labels are present. All other labels are removed from the area.
ACTIVITES:
Adhere to your assigned production line to avoid cross contamination of product.
Completes logs Run Start Log and Machine Pre-op Checklist daily.
Use OS to know the day's plan.
Verify bulk product staged is enough before starting the machine.
Make sure the machine area is clean all the time and tools are stored properly.
Make sure bag labels are corrected and straight.
Send picture of bag label to "Model Bag" text group.
Make sure case labels are applies immediately and have correct information.
Before end of shift make all cases are sealed and labeled.
Make sure the machine and area is clean at the end of shift.
If run is complete place white cone on bulk pallet so inventory associate can return to inventory.
If run is not complete leave bulk pallet in place.
Submit completed Run Start Log and Machine Pre-Op checklist to the QA Supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Will be required to perform tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds, walking, standing, climbing, reaching, stooping, pulling, pushing, grasping, and balancing as part of production activities out on the floor.
Will be required to see and hear well enough to understand Associates questions and respond to their concerns.
Will be required to work in freezers, near noisy machinery, near confined spaces as part of daily production activities.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
Follow all GMP's, food safety, and quality policies.
Report all food safety incidents such as GMP violations, ingredient and product contamination, metal detector, screen, or magnet deficiencies, glass breakage, and pest harborage.
Monitor product quality and food safety throughout all stages of production, recording such results as required, and reporting deficiencies to Supervision.
Record accurate and legible results on documentation
Provide adequate housekeeping at all times.

+ Dress electrodes according to standard practices and part requirements and identify any conditions that will render an electrode unusable.
+ Position and secure work pieces on electro-chemical machine table with clamps, vices or holding fixtures.

+ Check on machine and electrodes frequently throughout the operation.
+ Inspect work pieces visually and with specified measuring instruments for conformance to specifications and record measured dimensions.
+ Use electronic documenting system to update status of parts as they are moved throughout the plant and record all necessary quality information including accept/reject criteria and detailed information regarding any quality defects.
+ Maintain company production and quality standards and report unusual problems or conditions to manager.

The Machine Operator's goal is for total client satisfaction and works hard to always adhere to Bud's Goods' high standards for quality and service to our clients and the terms of our client agreements. This role is responsible for the sanitation and proper batch change procedures to avoid potential contamination ensure our clients are provided safe and controlled products.
The Machine Operator reports to the Packaging Manager and works closely with the Vault Manager. This role reports to Linden, New Jersey, Monday through Friday.
Job Duties
Responsible for pre-shift assessment in conjunction with the Packaging Manager to assess work already completed and what work will be designated to run for the day.
Responsible for determining the work flow sequence to minimize changeovers.
Stages product work flow so it is ready for processing after pre-shift briefing to techs.
Provide leadership, direction, and supports Packaging Tech(s) assigned to their operating line for all operating activities including production runs, startups, changeovers and shutdowns.
Direct assembly or disassembly, and cleaning as required for shift start and end operations.
Work closely with Labeling Tech and Packaging Manager to prepare labeled containers (pouches, tubes, jars etc) in advance of production runs so that labeled product is not the bottleneck to production capabilities.
Conduct beginning and end of shift quality checks to verify the exiting product matches finished product specs. Quality checks may include weight verification, seal integrity, legibility etc.
Validate Product through every change of Metrc tag. Bagged product matches labor sheets and recipient bins so as to not mix products. Operator ensures finished product is adequately labeled and isolated to prevent mixed product.
Responsible for capturing operational data required on a labor sheet including hours, waste, residual product for handpack / shake and any non-cannabis waste.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise and attempt to resolve them before escalating to maintenance for intervention.
Assess machine operation and provide suggestions for improvements to safety and efficiency where possible.
As required interface and input operations data into Metrc, Distru, or other systems used by Buds to capture shift performance.
Conform to machine specific LOTO requirements when performing services or specific cleaning activities that require LOTO.

This Position reports to:
Production Supervisor
Your Responsibilities:
As a machine operator, you will work with rubber or epoxy molding machines
Operate heated molding presses to mold and cure products
Inspect each piece for cosmetic flaws; use light to inspect interior of work pieces
Trim excess flash from product using a scalpel or grinding tool as needed
Remove molded pieces from press upon completion of cycle, remove tooling from work pieces
Manual material handling
Meet established standard quality and productivity expectations
Follow job Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) complete
Maintain accurate quality and production records
Proper use of PPE including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toed boots, and others as applicable
All other duties, as assigned
Your Background:
High School diploma or equivalent
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
Basic proficiency in computer systems and applications preferred
Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Ability to perform repetitive operations and pull/push functions
Ability to stand for 8 hours daily
Comfortable bending, twisting, reaching
Comfortable working with heavy equipment and in a non-climate controlled environment
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
While hourly pay rate is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay Starting at $19.75 including $1 shift differential. $500 Sign On Bonus. 3rd shift hours are 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM Sunday - Thursday

Labcorp is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their Laboratory Robotics Operator team in Raritan, NJ. The Robotics Operator will be responsible for processing clinical specimen for acceptability and maintain the operational condition of the automated instrument to deliver to the testing departments in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment according to established standard operating procedures.
Pay Rate: $18.25/hr.
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday with alternating Saturdays; 10pm-6:30am

Job Responsibilities
Introduce and prepare biological specimens to the laboratory to ensure accurate processing
Open specimens and pour off into secondary containers to prepare for analysis and testing
Verify patient demographic information matches the test requisition form submitted
Data entry of patient information into the computer system for tracking purposes
Meet key production metrics and quality measures to ensure timely and accurate results
Unpack and route specimens to their respective staging areas
Pack and ship specimens to proper testing facilities when required
Properly prepare and store excess specimen samples
Resolve and document any problem specimens
Handle and dispose of medical and chemical waste
Comply with applicable environmental health and safety policies and procedures
Operate automated instrumentation under supervision if necessary
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior specimen processing experience is preferred
Previous experience using automated equipment is a plus
Proficient computer and typing skills
Must pass standardized color vision test
Comfortable handling human biological specimens including blood, urine and tissue samples
Ability to lift up to 30lbs, work in protective equipment and sit/stand for long periods of time
Strong eye hand coordination in order to accurately identify specimens by touch and sight
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
High level of attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Ability to work overtime when needed
