Facility Management Technician job purpose: Perform various construction related tasks at various client jobsites including small scale remodels and reactive maintenance needs. Tasks assigned will include; tile & grout, trim/rough carpentry, ceiling tile/grid, painting, demo, flooring, concrete form work, FRP install, cabinet & countertop installs, door & hardware install, etc. There will also be tasks associated with performing maintenance, repair, and warranty work to existing buildings.
