Responsibilities/Duties: * Operate chop gun equipment to spray fiberglass and resin into molds. * Apply layers of chopped fiberglass to molds with the proper mill gauge to build up thickness according to specifications. * Monitor the curing process and ensure materials are applied evenly and consistently. * Clean, maintain, and perform minor repairs on the chop gun and related equipment. * Inspect molds and final laminated products for defects or inconsistencies. * Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy. * Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times. * Other duties as assigned.

Oversee the creation of fiberglass patterns and laminate documentation for all new models. Research and facilitate testing of new and innovative composite materials. Provide technical support to all phases of fiberglass manufacturing, to ensure the highest quality of boats are produced to meet our customers' expectations profitably. Responsibilities/Duties: * Generate preliminary and detailed laminate schedules based on outlined specifications to meet ISO/ABYC and other standards, while ensuring cosmetic and stiffness expectations are met. * Overseeing the creation of laminate documentation and build books for new models. This documentation should effectively relay laminate schedules and laminate transitions to assure proper integrity of new products, and to assure the laminate is user friendly. * Supervise the creation and nesting of fiberglass and core patterns for all new models. * Arrange and facilitate Certified Composites Technician (CCT) training for lamination and tooling employees as requested by their supervisors. * Write training documentation for new composite processes. * Oversee the substitution of composite materials when necessary. Assist with testing and qualifying these replacement materials during raw material shortages. * Determine the usability of composite materials if they are out of spec or out of date. Facilitate in-plant and laboratory testing for workability and weatherability of gelcoats and resins. * Research and recommend new innovative composite materials and procedures to assist manufacturing in the improvement of first-time yield (FTY). Oversee construction, testing, and approval of these new materials. * Liaison with manufacturing during prototyping to ensure questions are answered for new laminate schedules and patterns and ensuring the project meets set schedule objectives. * Oversee and help implement the new process for cold press lamination of hatches. * Work with Customer Service to analyze warranty feedback on fiberglass parts and make recommendations to prevent reoccurrences of any problems. * Conduct and schedule work so that department schedule and key milestones are met. * Participate in resolution of ECN and CAR issues for production. * Other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversee daily 5-axis CNC milling and support operations to meet safety, quality, and schedule commitments * Coordinate production sequencing and priorities with cross-functional leadership * Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Ensure Siemens NX CAD/CAM best practices for programming, simulation, and revision control * Determine appropriate materials, machining strategies, and construction techniques per job * Ensure proper materials, tools, documentation, and information are available prior to execution * Maintain configuration control of internal and external CAD/CAM files and documentation * Provide shop-level documentation to support downstream finishing operations * Inspect incoming and outgoing parts to ensure quality standards are met * Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and hold team members accountable * Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Kaizen, CAR, and 5S methodologies * Ensure proper maintenance of all milling equipment and workplace organization * Pattern, nest, program, and cut all materials supporting TDC tooling operations including but not limited to nonskid, templates and gauges, and core materials Proficiencies: * Advanced 5-axis CNC machining operations and process optimization * Siemens NX CAD/CAM software (programming, simulation, toolpath development) * Production scheduling and time management * Multi-level personnel leadership * Material properties and tooling construction methods * Composite material applications * Creation of shop-level documentation

Develop detailed mechanical systems plan for new models to meet NMMA/ABYC/USCG and customer expectations. Design and document boat mechanical systems, source unique components and provide direction in construction of preproduction boats. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Generate preliminary and detailed boat mechanical systems plan from standard and optional equipment specifications to meet NMMA/ABYC/USCG and other applicable standards, as well as ensure customer expectations are met. * Design, document and direct in the construction of new vessel propulsion, fuel, hydraulic, water (fresh, raw, black & gray water), trim, anchoring, HVAC, power generation and other vessel mechanical systems. * Maintain an accurate weight study and hydrostatics model of vessel throughout the design process. * Implement testing and evaluation of new and existing mechanical systems and components as necessary to ensure effective, robust design. * Provide direction to Mechanical Engineering Technician(s) to facilitate the development and implementation of the mechanical plan for new models, ensuring schedule attainment on pre-production boats. * Create appropriate engineering drawings and specifications to source and acquire mechanical components from outside sources that will be used in the construction of new models. * Regularly convey the components and cost of the mechanical systems to the BOM Coordinator through engineering documentation so that the system cost can be accurately captured and the cost target can be met. * Responsible for aiding in the development of the kit structure and the manufacturing plan for the mechanical systems on all new vessels. * Responsible for coordinating with the Documentation Technician(s) to assure accurate and complete work instructions for all mechanical systems. * Conduct and schedule work so that department schedule and key milestones are met. * Participate in resolution of ECN and CAR issues for production.

The Warehouse Associate receives, stocks, picks, and distributes parts and materials used in manufacturing operations. Verifies inventory accuracy through the execution of counting activities including daily cycle counting. Maintains a clean, safe workplace. The Warehouse Associate is a customer driven individual who is self-motivated and detail oriented. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks: * Receives, puts-away, stores and issues parts and other materials. * Adequately labels and maintains an organized inventory with accurate records. * Puts-away parts, components and materials in the correct inventory locations safeguarding such from damage. * Actively participates in stock counting activities such as cycle counting, location audit counts and fiscal year-end inventory counts. * Actively participates in ensuring the workplace is safe and clean. * Operates equipment including but not limited to forklift, pallet picker, utility truck, banding tools, corrugated compactor, pick-up truck and other various warehouse tools and equipment as required to complete assigned tasks. * Picks and stores parts/material at ground level and at heights up to 16 feet using mobile stairs, forklift and/or pallet picker as required. * Delivers parts to internal customer departments in the form of parts kits, kanban stocking or bulk delivery, as instructed. * Load and unload parts/materials from freight trucks using forklift and/or pallet jack. * Load and unload small package shipments from courier trucks by hand. * Use computer and other office technology tools to prepare and/or transact pick lists, packing lists, inventory transactions, shipping documents and other daily requirements. * Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities/Duties: * Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations. * Provide leadership, focus, direction, and coordination to Group Leaders, Team Leaders, and production employees. * Collaborate with engineering team to support LSS continuous improvement projects. * Collaborate with engineering team to ensure products are laminated to the necessary specifications. * Ownership of metrics - safety, quality, cost, & delivery. * Responsible for ownership of safety culture, incident investigation, root cause and corrective action. * Ensure that safe working conditions and housekeeping of the department is maintained, continuously looking for ways to improve the current state. * Continue moving toward becoming a lean manufacturer and maintaining single piece flow throughout lamination. * Manage waste disposal to ensure the safety of our facility, minimizing excess resin & material usage. * Ensure that the staff is capable of meeting production goals in terms of timing and quality. * Capable of conducting interviews and staffing the departments, training new employees to ensure that production goals are met and quality products are being pulled forward. * Developing Group and Team leaders to create a culture of communication and collaboration. * Continue to look for new ways to improve quality, efficiency, and safety. * Coordinate product movement and scheduling. * Obtain and maintain a thorough knowledge of all Maverick-brand products. * Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods. * All other duties as required.
