Due to MSG's continued growth, a new opening is available for 2 Project Inspectors to assist with our projects in either Shaker Heights, OH OR Middleburg Heights, OH! Key Responsibilities Interact with project partners such as clients, contractors and stakeholders. Read and interpret project plans and specifications. The inspector will report to the project engineers and report on contractor activities. Follow applicable QA/QC procedures. Measure, calculate, and determine all quantities of assigned work and / or installed materials. Report any deficiencies in the contractors work to the Project Engineer or Project Manager Prepare Daily Inspector's Reports using various software such as Word, AASHTOWare Project (AWP) and Appia Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 1 - 7 years of experience in Transportation Construction, Inspection, and Engineering (Preferred but not expected with the entry level) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Microsoft Office Tools, capable in math and writing skills.
