Join our team as a Handyman/Facilities Technician responsible for the basic maintenance of a large distribution facility. This is a hands-on handyman position that focuses on maintaining the facility's structural integrity and appearance. **Responsibilities**
+ Perform basic maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
+ Change light bulbs and ensure all lighting is functioning properly.
+ Conduct basic grounds keeping to maintain the facility's exterior appearance.
+ Eventually working with machinery and maintaining equipment
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in painting and drywall repair.
+ Handyman skills, jack of all trades type.
+ Ability to perform general labor tasks.
+ Experience working with hand tools or similar machinery for at least 1 year.
