**What's the Job?**
+ Operate and make adjustments to CNC Horizontal or Vertical Machining Centers, and CNC Lathes to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
+ Study blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements.
+ Calculate and set controls for machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and cutting angles.
+ Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict tolerances and quality standards.
+ Provide technical guidance and leadership regarding fixture design and manufacturing processes.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Education with Vo-Tech or Technical School background or equivalent experience with at least 10 years of machining expertise.
+ Working knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances, with strong programming and editing skills.
+ Experience with CNC machine operations, including turning, boring, drilling, and contouring.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
+ Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Dynamic communication and team building skills
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience
