Position Summary
Participates in the filling of containers with various plumbing chemicals or assembling various plumbing products to contribute to the timely completion of customer orders for distribution.
Position Responsibilities
Complete production tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department.
Retrieve and verify raw materials; follow department procedures to produce, package, label, and palletize finished products.
Process unused raw materials and maintain workplace organization throughout the day.
Refer to charts for the necessary measurements, PPE, batch coding, etc.
Complete production documentation as required.
Inspect product for quality (labels, weights, visual).
Assist in the cleaning of the work area and department.
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Experience
Self-motivated with the ability to work at the appropriate pace to meet production targets.
Ability to work in teams, communicate one-on-one or in small group.
Manual dexterity.
Knowledge of various equipment (Fill machines, pallet jack, box cutters, and batch/RF gun) is helpful.
High attention to detail.
Ability to read and comprehend standard work instructions (SWIs), training, and equipment safety instructions.
Ability to follow safety procedures, including wearing personal safety equipment and completing appropriate safety training.
One-year relevant production work experience preferred.
Education and Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Primary Responsibilities
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production (i.e., machining, processing, assembly, or packaging) equipment.
Setup the production equipment and supplies before executing the job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing.
Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition.

Position Overview
Abeona is looking for a ManufacturingAssociate to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for Manufacturing initiatives supporting multiple product pipelines. The candidate will be an integral part of a fast-paced group responsible for the manufacture of retroviral vector, autologous gene-corrected cell therapies, and clinical AAV gene therapies. Responsibilities will include executing protocols and manufacturing clinical material across multiple products as well as supporting process optimization work and document generation. The ideal candidate will have experience in production of biologics in a controlled cGXP setting. Strong aseptic and cell culture technique as well as collaborative work in a team is an integral part of this position.
Schedule:
The current manufacturing team schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. The manufacturing team will be transitioning into a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts in the near future. These days will be Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday to Sunday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Produce cell therapies in cGMP facility in conjunction with manufacturing production records (MPRs).
* Execute studies in support of process optimization and validation.
* Author, review, and provide technical support for manufacturing SOPs and MPRs.
* Identify, suggest, and manage projects in parallel with manufacturing activities to reach set goals.
* Ability to collaborate with others while maintaining a strong capability in independent, critical thought.
* Strong organizational skills required.
* Must be able to work as part of a team.
* Contribute to activities that support safety and/or lab infrastructure.
Qualifications
* BS or equivalent in scientific discipline and min of 2-4 years related lab experience or MS or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience.
* General biological lab experience.
* Experience with mammalian and/or insect cell culture technology.
* Familiarity with aseptic technique, cell culture, and cell counters is strongly preferred.
* Previous GXP experience.
* Experience with production processes for cell therapies and/or viral vectors or vaccines is highly preferred.
* A strong background in the fundamentals and scale-up of production of biologic molecules strongly preferred.

Position Overview
Abeona is looking for a ManufacturingAssociate to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for Manufacturing initiatives supporting multiple product pipelines. The candidate will be an integral part of a fast-paced group responsible for the manufacture of retroviral vector, autologous gene-corrected cell therapies, and clinical AAV gene therapies. Responsibilities will include executing protocols and manufacturing clinical material across multiple products as well as supporting process optimization work and document generation. Schedule:
The current manufacturing team schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. The manufacturing team will be transitioning into a 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts in the near future. These days will be Sunday - Wednesday and Wednesday to Sunday.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine manufacturing tasks for new or existing products according to standardized procedures and/or established work instructions. Specific activities include basic and routine aspects of producing catalyst carriers at the pilot plant and plant level scale.
Required to maintain a clean work area and be knowledgeable of and adheres to all established environmental, health and safety procedures and policies.
Under direct supervision perform production and pilot scale activities focused on weighing, mixing, forming, drying, during the manufacturing process while maintaining accurate written/electronic documentation of the process.
Sunday - Thursday Nights
Includes submitting samples in ERP quality system, testing the samples, shipping to customers.
Maintaining a clean work area by sweeping, painting, cleaning and organizing the workplace via the principles of 5S
Adhere to regulatory and safety protocols and participates in all training sessions.
Perform simple, routine maintenance functions with direct supervision on machinery not requiring the specialized knowledge of an electrician or mechanic (i.e. Basic cleaning, assembly, etc)
Operate forklift and keep annual certification current.

Job Summary
The Packaging Technician is responsible for the safe and accurate packaging and labeling of all products. Working within a team environment, the Packaging Technician maintains the chain of integrity of our premium cannabis products from processing to customers and patients.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs accurate filling, packaging and labeling of all products ensuring compliance with company, local and state policies and procedures and product specifications.
Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure the safety and efficacy of all products.
Ensure daily production schedule and goals set by Production Manager/Team Leads are met.
Maintains high level of cleanliness of all packaging equipment, production areas and sanitation practices concerning handling of product according to company procedures; reports any potential contamination to a Team Lead immediately.
Documents line inefficiencies and downtime to identify issues. Works in conjunction with others to resolve them in a timely manner.
Coordinate with Quality Assurance department to ensure that process parameters and quality testing is completed in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all production records, quality records and electronic reporting tools.
Assists in fostering a positive work environment, treating everyone with dignity and respect while perpetuating a curiosity for “everything cannabis”.

Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies.
