Requirements: Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science) OR equivalent, with extensive hands-on experience in a related technical manufacturing role. Prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferred.
