The Role:
Serve as a front-line representative of the school, this individual will work closely across departments-development, marketing, and enrollment-to ensure high-quality engagement with families, alumni, and donors.
Partner with event chairs to plan and execute the School's annual fundraising Auction, including communications, logistics, budgeting, and donor management.
Coordinate alumni relations initiatives such as reunions, class agent programs, and regional gatherings.
Support Parent Association activities and serve as a liaison for volunteer-led community events.
Contribute to marketing and communications efforts, including newsletters, social media, and event content.
Provide support for enrollment initiatives, including admissions events and prospective family outreach.
You:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
2-4+ years of experience in event planning, fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit engagement; independent school experience a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with digital tools and databases (e.g., OneCause, Blackbaud, CRM systems, social media platforms).

This employee will be responsible for the manufacturing of Biotechnology products for clinical and commercial human use. Employee applies aseptic techniques while working in controlled and classified environments, which require cleanroom gowning and some aseptic gowning. Must comply with Kashiv BioSciences policies, procedures (SOP), FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and any other government requirement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Follow work instructions, production specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform key responsibilities and maintain quality data while meeting production goals and timelines and minimizing downtime/delays. Work instructions include but are not limited to:
Weighing and dispensing of materials
Media and buffer preparation
Operation of filtration systems (such as dead end filtration, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration)
Inoculation, fermentation, harvest, and homogenization of cytokine cells
Setup and operation of chromatography columns
Aseptic final filtration of intermediates and drug substances
Monitor product for quality output using PLC controls, HMI interfacing, integrity testing, and in process testing (pH, Conductivity, and Spectroscopy).
Properly handle and discard hazardous materials (i.e, buffers, chemicals, etc.) in accordance with EHS guidelines. Remove used and soiled materials from manufacturing areas.

Records all item and lot number information on production ticket. Documents and updates mix tickets and log book, ensuring that all information is written truthfully and legibly. Lifts and places raw materials into appropriate tote or tank equipment or mixers via automatic or manual lifting. Properly labels bulk containers, mixes etc.

The Manufacturing Associate I (DS), is a regular employee in a full-time non-exempt position at Kashiv BioSciences, LLC, in Chicago, IL. This employee will be responsible for the manufacturing of Biotechnology products for clinical and commercial human use. Employee applies aseptic techniques while working in controlled and classified environments, which require cleanroom gowning and some aseptic gowning. Must comply with Kashiv BioSciences policies, procedures (SOP), FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and any other government requirement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Follow work instructions, production specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform key responsibilities and maintain quality data while meeting production goals and timelines and minimizing downtime/delays. Work instructions include but are not limited to:
Weighing and dispensing of materials
Media and buffer preparation
Operation of filtration systems (such as dead end filtration, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration)
Inoculation, fermentation, harvest, and homogenization of cytokine cells
Setup and operation of chromatography columns
Aseptic final filtration of intermediates and drug substances
Monitor product for quality output using PLC controls, HMI interfacing, integrity testing, and in process testing (pH, Conductivity, and Spectroscopy).
Properly handle and discard hazardous materials (i.e, buffers, chemicals, etc.) in accordance with EHS guidelines. Remove used and soiled materials from manufacturing areas.
Follow daily and weekly cleaning routines for cleanrooms and equipment to maintain the required conditions for cleanroom manufacturing.
Verify raw materials and commodities; accurately enter raw material and commodities data in MES on daily basis
Completes Batch Records and other cGMP documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Reports nonconformances or events that arise during the shift to the Supervisor

Education:

We are looking for someone who:

Job Summary:
Liberty Tire Recycling has an immediate opening for a General Laborer/Production Worker. This is a manual labor position. Working in the Plant assisting with machine operation, granulation, and cleanup. Forklift experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to lift and load tires of all sizes: personal vehicle, truck and tractor tires.
Show up on time.
Daily contact requires courtesy, discretion and sound judgment.
Assisting with machine operation
May assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to dispatch, clean equipment.
Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.
Other duties will be assigned as necessary by the company, such as truck cleaning and customer service visits to stores, to ensure they have enough work in the slow season.
Skills and Abilities:
Lift up to and including 50 pounds(50+ with assistance) on a routine basis.
Be physically capable of loading upwards of 1,220 tires per day.
Must be physically capable of climbing in a trailer unassisted in a safe manner to reduce injury.
Learn to lace tires in a safe manner to prevent injury and maintain a secure load during transport.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and the public.
Ability to work independently with general instructions.
Ability to perform heavy manual tasks under varying weather conditions.
Ability to make independent judgments which have a moderate impact on the company.
Education and Experience:

Full-time Description
The Manufacturing Associate III (DS), is a regular employee in a full-time non-exempt position at Kashiv BioSciences, LLC, in Chicago, IL. This employee will be responsible for the manufacturing of Biotechnology products for clinical and commercial human use. Employee applies aseptic techniques while working in controlled and classified environments, which require cleanroom gowning and some aseptic gowning. Must comply with Kashiv BioSciences policies, procedures (SOP), FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and any other government requirement.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Follow work instructions, production specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to perform key responsibilities and maintain quality data while meeting production goals and timelines and minimizing downtime/delays. Perform work instructions with minimal supervision. Work instructions include but are not limited to:
- Weighing and dispensing of materials
- Media and buffer preparation
- Operation of filtration systems (such as dead end filtration, depth filtration, tangential flow filtration)
- Inoculation, fermentation, harvest, and homogenization of cytokine cells
- Setup and operation of chromatography columns
- Aseptic final filtration of intermediates and drug substances
Monitor product for quality output using PLC controls, HMI interfacing, integrity testing, and in process testing (pH, Conductivity, and Spectroscopy).
Routinely train other employees and delegate tasks to employees, in absence of supervision.
Performs troubleshooting for equipment and manufacturing processes.
Properly handle and discard hazardous materials (i.e., buffers, chemicals, etc.) in accordance with EHS guidelines. Remove used and soiled materials from manufacturing areas.

Interact between shifts to gain and pass along information to facilities a smooth transition between shifts without operation interruption.
Assists in the transfer of technology from Process Development to cGMP Manufacturing.
