We are hiring for multiple positions, including: Assembly- Primarily responsible for assembling the heads on unit along with installing push rods, lifters, and rockers. Disassembly - The individual will be disassembling the entire unit, which includes removal of screws, rings, seals, gears, valve body, etc. After removing the parts, they will be loading the various parts in a basket prepping them to be washed. This position may require lifting up to 40lbs. Parts / Puller Stocker - Pulling and restocking parts. Parts - Prepping, disassembly, washing, and final assembly of small parts. Inspection - This position inspects each part thoroughly to determine the quality of the finished product. Repair - Repair worn bolt holes, weld cracks, sand and grind parts to a smooth finish, and many other small part repairs to return them to new condition. Machinist - Entry-level machining positions that require little prior machining knowledge. Operations consist of placing parts in machines and performing an operation or a group of operations. Schedule: Monday through Friday, typical hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with the possibility of overtime. Occasional Saturdays, typically 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Qualifications: Willing to learn - we provide on-the-job training. Must be reliable - Mutual Trust, Mutual Respect Some positions require the ability to multi-task, while others are repetitive. Must be process oriented and willing to follow an established procedure. Summary The Production Operator position offers an hourly rate of $30.44 per hour and a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (2-2-3). The Production Operator will support the production of high-quality roofing materials through accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of manufacturing processes to include machine operation, quality verification, packaging, housekeeping & forklift operation. Essential Duties * Responsible for safe operation of equipment; preventing damage to equipment and preventing injuries * Participates fully as a member of the crew during downtime and start-up, product changes, operational problems, and clean up. * Assists in sheet breaks, threading machine and product changes. * Will assist in clearing machine jams to keep product moving * Responsible for basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of assigned equipment * Completes product testing in accordance with product specification and records data on applicable sheets or computer systems. Keeps the supervisor informed of variations in the production process at all times. * Maintains work area in neat and orderly condition per housekeeping procedures for the department * Operates forklift in a safe and efficient manner * Performs other duties as assigned.
