This is a senior-level role with full ownership of major projects and direct exposure to executive leadership.

The Role -
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction handoff through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and change management

Construction Manager with Data Center experience is needed in Columbus, OH Current or previous experience working on AWS projects a hug plus. Required:
3-5 years or more of Mission Critical and Data Center construction field management experience. Experience working in live datacenters required.
Experience running crews in live datacenter environments required.

The project manager will manage a team of engineers and technicians conducting construction inspections and documenting construction activities.
