Position Overview
The Senior Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of complex ground-up commercial construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout, while providing leadership, technical guidance, and strategic oversight across project teams.
Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
Proven ground-up construction experience with a General Contractor
Strong background in projects such as retail, multifamily, industrial, office, healthcare, hospitality, or education
Experience managing projects in the $10M-$100M+ range (preferred)
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Excel
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

The project manager will manage a team of engineers and technicians conducting construction inspections and documenting construction activities. What You'll Do:
In the role of Project Manager, you will be involved in the planning, design, and construction of your assigned projects from initiation through completion.
