Provide regular parent/caretaker training Maintain knowledge of different programs and certifications through CEU events. Assist with scheduling Provide direct coverage as needed Be present in the center during business hours Assist with any clinical needs as they arise Supervisory Responsibilities Supervise RBTs who are working towards their BCBA certification Conduct weekly competencies for newly hired RBTs and monthly competencies for RBTs who have been with the company longer than 1 month. Review RBTs session notes for accuracy and provide detailed feedback to RBTs. Provide initial corrective feedback to RBTs, when needed, as part of progressive disciplinary action procedures. Proactively manage and develop RBT staff Education and Experience BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices Possess extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis. Promote culturally competent care, integrating trauma-informed approaches and individualized interventions. Maintain required certifications, including CCG training, and apply physical restraint techniques safely as needed. Contribute to quality improvement efforts by collecting and reporting client outcome data. Uphold agency policies, maintain professional boundaries, and foster a safe, equitable, and inclusive environment. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or a related field (MA or MS in Social Services). Minimum of one year of relevant experience, with specialized training in child psychopathology and developmental psychology. Working knowledge of DSM-V and ability to engage clients in individual, family, and group therapy modalities. Ability to obtain clinical licensure (LMFT, LMFTA, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCA) in the State of Connecticut.
