Operational Requirements
Must have a minimum of 6 years' experience working as an operator or driller, utilizing various drills and/or other equipment.
Must have an active CDL Class A, Tanker, Airbrakes, or combination license or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment.
Ability to operator an excavator and a vacuum truck.
Ability to operate a locator for directional drilling.
Utilize your year of experience to train your team members on effective techniques, safety standards, and craftsmanship.
Think and react to the changing needs of the daily tasks for job efficiency.
Work extended hours when needed to complete jobs on time, on schedule, and without incident
Ability to lift and carry heavy tools and equipment.
Ability to navigate job sites, including steep, muddy terrain.
Be able to handle and operate mud pumps and hoses.
Utilize various construction hand tools for use on all projects (shovels, rakes, tamps, etc.)
Perform basic equipment maintenance daily.
Perform set up and mobilization tasks for each job daily.
Attend pre-construction meetings as well as completion meetings.
Record daily time via cell phone application, a basic knowledge of technology is required.
Provide clear concise direction to laborers to support a safe environment with quality work.
Properly operate all designated equipment for a multitude of projects.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Crew Leads, the Crew Lead Supervisor, or the Operations Manager.
