Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; candidate must be barred in the state in which they reside. 8+ years of legal experience, with required experience advising pharmaceutical or life sciences clients; in-house pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred. Deep understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act. Experience advising on pharmaceutical advertising and promotion principles. Experience with state price reporting and/or privacy matters preferred.     Primary Function: The Grants Manager assists in the implementation of a comprehensive institutional fundraising program, securing restricted and unrestricted support from new and returning institutional donors, including foundations, corporate foundations, and government entities.
