Operating and maintaining RF Scanner (handheld warehouse computer). Accurate and timely selecting of customers' orders. Working on both the Receiving and Shipping docks as needed. Unload trucks and validate deliveries against appropriate documentation, notifying the supervisor of any discrepancies. Ensure products are correctly labeled and identified for proper storing and use. Distribute the items received to the person or department for which the item was ordered. Daily shipments must be picked, counts verified, pallets wrapped or stacked neatly for pick-ups, marked accordingly to customer, transportation, and location of shipment. Load finished goods onto trailer within specified time limit. Perform and report cycle counts. Follow daily operations schedule and achieve specified goals. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsible for checking the proper identification of material being shipped by size, gauge, length, count, and quality.
