COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE Monday - Friday (11AM - 7PM), Full-Time, Non-Exempt $16.00 hourly WHAT YOU WILL DO * Pack customer orders * Maintain minimum lines per hour productivity requirements and works with a sense of urgency * Maintain accuracy while double checking orders * Act professionally and remain focused while working * Safely operate all warehouse equipment * Follow directions of leadership * Perform cleaning activities as required * Maintain a safe and clean warehouse * Maintain a positive attitude * Additional responsibilities as assigned by management WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Must be 18 years of age or older. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Ability to read and speak English. * Must have reliable transportation. * Ability to follow detailed instructions. * Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery. * Must be comfortable using electronic devices. * Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation. * Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately. * Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information. * Must be flexible with start and departure time changing. * Ability to work overtime when needed. * Ability to work independently without close supervision. * Responsible for any additional duties assigned. Additionally, the position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching and handling of items up to 50 lbs. Moderate Hand-Eye coordination, near vision, far vision and hearing is required for the operation of warehouse machinery. WORKING ENVIRONMENT * The job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. * The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Moves parts and material with power equipment i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc. * Responsible for keeping parts and materials organized for the entire facility. * Understands and observes all necessary safety procedures: safety glasses, shoes, ear protection, machine interlocks, lifting guidelines, etc. as designated in specific work area assigned. * Reports machine, tooling or material shortages and concerns to department supervisor. * Transports finished materials, manually or using pallet jack to the appropriate area. * Works effectively with all department personnel and co-workers in a harmonious and cooperative manner to meet the needs and goals established by the company. * Maintains good housekeeping for entire facility. * Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor; may include department transfers to meet production needs.
