Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations Proven experience in shipping/receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. Familiarity with MRP software, inventory control and shipping platforms. Strong leadership skills. Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
