Reports to:
Job Purpose: The Loader is responsible for safely and efficiently loading aluminum boats and related components onto trailers or transport vehicles for delivery to SeaArk Boats customers. This role ensures that all boats are secured according to company standards and that shipping documentation is accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities:
• Load boats onto trailers or trucks using forklifts, hoists, or other equipment
• Secure boats and components to prevent damage during transit
• Inspect boats for quality and completeness before shipment
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments
• Complete and verify shipping paperwork, including bills of lading and load documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized loading area
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of loading equipment
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to operate forklifts, hoists, and other heavy equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and load instructions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations (marine industry a plus)
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one
• Valid driver's license
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment where ambient air temperature can exceed outside air temperature occasionally.
• May involve working outdoors or in industrial environments
• Use of protective equipment such as gloves and safety glasses
• Must be able to bend at waist and knees, climb on and off ladders, equipment, or boats and stand for extended periods of time.

Specific responsibilities and duties

Maintains other shipping records such as goods returned, returnable pallets and other shipping materials.
Select appropriate shipping container; packs items to ensure safe delivery.
Reconciles computer records with physical inventory according to established schedule.

Operate a dolly, pallet jack, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
Spot-check inventory on a daily basis.

Coordinate disposal of surplus property and manage record retention.

Three to five years' experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse techniques, supervising people and processes.
Two-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
Ability to input data on computer to create a daily inventory report, routine administrative paperwork.

Analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
Ability to read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers.
Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods and procedures.

Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws for local area.

As a Material Handler you will be responsible for loading, unloading, processing and storing hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials at a permitted waste treatment facility with supervision.
Essential Functions & Requirements:

The Material Handler II supports the Single Serve personnel and is responsible for several production-based duties including but not limited to: moving inventory (both raw and finished goods) in and out of the production area, staging machines with proper materials, and stacking and wrapping finished goods on pallets.

Principal Job Duties:
* Accurately interpret work orders and other instructions to assure proper materials and specifications are being followed.
* Ensure that all machines are staged with adequate materials to perform necessary work orders.
* Execute material changeovers on select machines frequently throughout the shift.
* Accurately complete all required quality checks and paperwork.
* Move raw materials from the inventory area into the production area and finished material to shipping area for transport.
* Operate an electric or manual pallet jack in a safe and proficient manner.
* Stretch wrap and secure pallets for shipping.

* Utilize barcode scanning technology to complete transactions of transfers.

* May be required to work weekends, overtime, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.

Coordinate and prepare slide return of time-sensitive specimens to clients. You will take ownership of planning and implementing long-term slide storage. Other administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll do:
Retrieve, organize, and file slides daily.
Daily temperature logs on equipment.
Maintain catalog of biopsy slides as needed.
Pulling internal requests on a timely basis with proper documentation.
Deliver to or retrieve materials as assigned.
Use provided database for best use of our storage on slides.
Compiling, coding, categorizing, verifying and/or processing information or data into database
Quality control checks on slides as needed.
Work closely with team to identify and prioritize emergent needs.
Work as a backup to Materials Medical Handler I - Kits position

Experience:
1 year of office experience
Computer Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Proficient Excel skills required. Strong computer skills required

The Material Handler II supports the Single Serve personnel and is responsible for several production-based duties including but not limited to: moving inventory (both raw and finished goods) in and out of the production area, staging machines with proper materials, and stacking and wrapping finished goods on pallets.
The Material Handler II position reports to the Single Serve Leads. This position will receive daily supervision and instructions from the Single Serve Leadership Team (Leads and Production Manager).
Principal Job Duties:
Accurately interpret work orders and other instructions to assure proper materials and specifications are being followed.
Ensure that all machines are staged with adequate materials to perform necessary work orders.
Execute material changeovers on select machines frequently throughout the shift.
Accurately complete all required quality checks and paperwork.
Move raw materials from the inventory area into the production area and finished material to shipping area for transport.
Operate an electric or manual pallet jack in a safe and proficient manner.
Stretch wrap and secure pallets for shipping.
Complete RF transactions to ensure tracking and regulatory compliance.
Utilize barcode scanning technology to complete transactions of transfers.
Maintain a clean and organized working environment on the production floor.
