Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
* Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
* Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
* On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
* On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
* Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
* On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
* Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
* Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
* Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
* Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.
* Communicate with Store & District leadership on the audit results.
Communication:
* Works closely with the Field Leadership to ensure compliance initiatives are communicated and executed in a timely manner.
* Builds strong partnerships in both the Store Support Center and field.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
* 4 plus years of Retail Management experience.

Salary Range: $90,000-$115,000 per year - Based on experience.
This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the District Manager is responsible for multiple locations. The primary expectation of the District Manager is to ensure the safety of our teammates and guests while achieving sales and profit budgets for each location they supervise. Other responsibilities include SOX Compliance, labor management, hiring, training, counseling, developing store managers, and retention.
Responsibilities:
Lead assigned area in overall operations to drive sales and maximize profit via the store managers and teammates.
Support company initiatives to achieve vision, mission, and values to be America's leading automotive tire-service centers, trusted by our guests as the best place in their neighborhoods for quality automotive service and tires.
Assess skills of store managers, monitor performance, and set performance goals to deliver on company initiatives.
Manage budget and capital expenses to maximize profit potential and drive P&L health within assigned area.
Ensure assigned locations are appropriately staffed with the necessary skills in accordance with company labor management standards and demand to drive sales and profitability.
Engage, train, develop and lead Store Managers through coaching on store operations, phone call execution, sales, product knowledge, and service processes during regular touchpoints with stores.
Conduct and document regularly scheduled store visits which includes tracking action items, maintenance of equipment, appearance standards, labor management and communicating follow-up expectations to the Store Manager and plans for improvement.
Conduct quarterly cycle counts in stores in additional to annual inventories of stores in assigned area.

Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. Essential Functions:

Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.

The District Manager is responsible for the successful operations of 10 store locations in State College, PA and surrounding areas. Job Description
Reporting to the Director of Operations Support, this individual will evaluate, inspect, audit, and determine the effectiveness of compliance and store operational tasks. This individual will visit store locations daily and perform regularly scheduled audits. They must effectively establish strong credibility with the Monro Field Teammates and Field Leadership. Essential Functions:
Participates in the following areas of focus, including but not limited to Monro Forward initiatives, DM onboarding, inventory subject matter expert, inventory analysis, safety compliance, building and equipment maintenance, and a compliance subject matter expert for major organizational initiatives.
Essential Duties:
Complete assigned Tire Cycle Counts (TCC), Oil Cycle Counts (OCC), Physical Inventories (PI), Lift Inspections, Safety Audits and Building & Equipment Inspections.
Train, as assigned, Teammates on how to complete TCC's, OCC's, PI's, and Lift Inspections and Safety Inspections.
On occasion, support Loss Prevention with Investigations.
On occasion, collaborate with the Director, Internal Audit and operational functions to develop remediation activities.
Develop recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
On occasion will be asked to participate in POS Testing.
Assist with other projects as assigned; perform other duties as assigned.
Schedule and prepare for Store Compliance visits up to 13 weeks in advance.
Complete Lift Inspections as assigned.
Complete Asset (building and equipment), Safety and Operational readiness Audits as you visit each location.

The District Manager is responsible for the successful operations of 10 store locations in State College, PA and surrounding areas. Job Description
The General Service Technician role is full time or part-time and is an hourly position based on needs of the business. The General Service Technician is responsible for performing basic routine vehicle repair and maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications. This position is expected to deliver exceptional 5 Star service to our guests, through effective communication of vehicle issues and proposed solutions while ensuring that guest expectations for time commitments and quality are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately perform basic vehicle services and repairs effectively and efficiently in accordance with Monro standards of operation.
* Tire Services - perform wheel removal, balancing, patch/plug repairs, changing, mounting, installation and TPMS service and repair.
* Vehicle Services - perform lubrications, oil changes, basic maintenance (e.g.: bulb, wiper blade and filter replacements, etc.), battery testing and installations.
* Consistently complete Monro's Courtesy Inspection process, on every guest vehicle, identifying, documenting, and communicating additional needed services and repairs.
* Assist in inventory management to include pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking inventory.
* Assist with all general store duties, ensuring the store is in excellent condition and maintained to Monro standards for cleanliness and consistently in guest ready condition.
* Consistently perform service(s) in accordance with Monro's safety standards including but not limited to Monro's Wheel Torque, Oil safety and compliance procedures.
* Test drive vehicles in accordance with Monro's Road Test policy, including consistently utilizing our dedicated test drive routes, while observing all local traffic and safety laws.
* Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures, Governmental standards including environmental codes and ANSI/OSHA standards. Consistent use of all required safety standards set forth in training and policies and procedures.
* Maintain technical knowledge and capabilities to ensure proficiency through the timely completion of all required Monro University training courses and modules.
* Operate, utilize, and maintain all equipment in a safe manner in accordance with Monro and equipment manufacturer guidelines including but not limited to lifts, welders, brake lathes, etc.
* Perform other duties as assigned and required.
