The Schedule lead will act as a technical Schedule subject matter expert overseeing all schedule management and reporting for their portfolio of projects. **What You'll Do:**
+ Serve as a technical lead for hyperscale data center clients mechanical infrastructure, collaborating with Planning, Operations, Execution, and Construction teams to develop new data center (DC) mechanical infrastructure systems.
+ Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
+ Provide detailed thermal analysis of proposed technologies using software tooling including computation fluid dynamics and hydraulic modeling.
+ Spearhead the insertion of new technologies by collaborating with core Engineering and Operations teams during development.
+ Innovate custom data center cooling components, guiding these products through development and testing to construction and operations.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or Professional Engineering (PE) license is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. 3 years of mission-critical facility mechanical infrastructure systems.
+ Experience with design, commissioning, and construction of large scale cooling/heating/power generation systems.
+ Experience in thermal analysis and data center cooling systems. Proficiency with water and energy calculations.

The Staff IAM Engineer, Non-Human Identity is responsible for securing and managing all non-human identities including service accounts, application identities, machine credentials, APIs, bots, and workloads across on-prem, cloud, and crypto infrastructure. **Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with MI Project Management (PM) team to deliver high quality Synapse product solutions.
+ Act as primary technical resource for MI HL7 Implementation projects across Synapse product lines.

**Qualifications:**
Technical professional experienced in designing, implementing, documenting, and executing complex technical projects. A person in this position is expected to possess an expert level understanding of Information Technologies and its utilization in a clinical environment. Emphasis is on the areas of radiology, cardiology, RIS, Synchronicity, Anatomic Pathology and VNA services. Areas of expertise include but are not limited to internal and third-party product testing and validation, systems functionality and availability, business continuity and disaster recovery, business and academic needs, work and data flows, integration.
A well-developed analytical, leadership, project management, decision making, and oral and written communication skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies are required.
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience). AA with significant experience working in a related industry.
+ Experienced in use and applicability of HL-7 and DICOM standards.
+ Solid understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle) and ability to query/validate data.
+ 4-5 years' experience in HL7 integration in a hospital related environment.
+ Strong knowledge of HL7 v2 (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT, MDM), DICOM, FHIR, and IHE profiles.
+ Familiarity with EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athena, CPSi, Meditech, Affinity, etc.
+ Experience with Experience with Canadian Health Provinces Public Health Records interfacing requirements
+ Experience working with Diagnostic Imaging Repertories (RIDs) Image exchanges

**Responsibilities:**
+ Build scalable, high-volume services and REST based web services following a microservice architecture.

+ Prepare for and support annual FedRAMP 3PAO assessments by validating control evidence, resolving findings, and reviewing audit artifacts.
+ Partner with GRC, Platform, Product, and Engineering teams to translate compliance requirements into actionable technical tasks.
+ Help facilitate quarterly planning discussions by providing strategic prioritization on vulnerability remediation, compliance control implementation, etc.
+ Translate compliance control intent into modern engineering workflows. Rather than applying controls literally, decompose their requirements into their core assurance goals, then rebuild them as scalable, low-friction implementations that achieve the same assurance (or better) through automation, auditable development workflows, and practical risk management

A Day in the Life: The IAM Senior Engineer will be responsible for the service design, build and documentation all key elements of Hertz Customer IAM and Certificate Lifecycle Management supporting infrastructure and services that are part of the overall authentication and authorization infrastructure of Hertz.
