    As a **Chemical Process Engineer II** here at Solstice Advanced Materials, you will work at the Metropolis site providing technical expertise to ensure the operation produces product that meets all quality, cost, and efficiency requirements to a 24/7 manufacturing facility. This role will identify ways to improve safety, quality, yields, and the capability of existing processes. Core challenges include leading continuous process improvement to drive Key Performance Indicators for the operation, meeting goals established by the business, providing technical guidance to the operations team, assisting with process troubleshooting, and developing corrective action plans.
