We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Laboratory Technician to join our team and support diagnostic and research activities. This position will focus on processing, analyzing, and reporting diagnostic samples while adhering to strict compliance standards and maintaining high-quality diagnostic services. Key Responsibilities: * Process and analyze diagnostic samples, including hematology, coagulation, chemistry, microbiology, parasitology, and urinalysis, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements. * Perform calibration, preventative maintenance, and quality control activities for laboratory equipment. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations when shipping diagnostic samples. * Apply analytic and diagnostic reasoning skills to interpret and resolve issues in diagnostic and research procedures. * Conduct clinical diagnostic and research-related procedures, emphasizing the identification and resolution of problems requiring interpretive judgment. * Maintain accurate records of laboratory activities and results in compliance with regulatory standards. * Collaborate with research teams to ensure smooth and efficient diagnostic support for ongoing studies. * Assist with troubleshooting and resolving equipment and procedural issues as they arise.
