**Essential Job Duties:**
+ Perform assigned clinical laboratory testing accurately and in a timely manner, under the supervision of a qualified Technologist.
+ Resolve pending's. Retrieve and check specimens against pending list. Document specimen discrepancies. Notify laboratory management when specimen discrepancies are not resolved.
+ Prepare workstation and instrumentation for the assigned testing.
+ Properly handle specimens and independently resolve technical specimen issues in preparation for analysis and specimen storage. Contact internal customers for clarification as needed.

Full-time Description
PURPOSE
The employee will be removing parts from an injection molding machine and will prepare them for packaging and labeling. Machine monitoring and quality inspection will also be included within the responsibilities of the position. In the case of absence, another trained Molding Operator will assume duties.
RESPONSIBILITY
Loading and removal of inserts from molded parts and molds.
Maintains consistent cycle
Measure products to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
Read and follow operator instructions; work instructions, master samples, process alerts and procedures.
Ability to control line changes and clearance.
Responsible for manufacturing efficiencies for the product line and partner with Shift Leader/Management to address any concerns.
Follow established documentation for producing manufactured product.
Perform in-process inspection of all parts in accordance with the requirements stated in the instructions or as otherwise stated on drawings or master sample.
Identify, properly contain, and label scrap.
Clean work area during shift and before shift change.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.
Package and label products as directed in operator instructions.
Train, coach, and mentor team members to ensure proficiency in packing and insert molding procedures and quality standards.
Perform additional duties as necessary that contribute to the overall efficiency of the company.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

What will you do?
Make on-site program replenishments and disbursements. Perform stockroom duties to include: receiving, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, and other functions according to customer requirements.
Perform laboratory services such as glassware processing, biological waste processing, chemical inventory receipt/reconciliation, delivery of direct shipment orders to end users/performing required deliveries
Work within computer systems to access and follow standard operating procedures
