Required Qualifications * Bachelor s degree Criminal Justice or a related field * Significant professional experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a comparable legal role * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly * Proficiency with legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and common office/legal software.
