**Responsibilities**
**What You'll Do:**
As an Applied Scientist Intern within Oracle Health and Analytics, you will be leading the effort of building distributed, scalable, high-performance AI model training and serving systems in partnership with our applied scientists and software engineers. You will dive deep into model structure to optimize model performance and scalability. You will build state of art systems with cutting-edge technologies in this fast evolving area. you will play a key role in shaping the future of Oracle, with an emphasis on AI and Machine Learning.
**What You'll Bring: (Objective Minimum Qualifications)**
+ Currently enrolled in a Doctorate degree programin Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Linguistics or a related field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship.
+ Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing scalable AI models for production.

As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.
This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. Nexus Family Healing has an exciting opportunity for a Community Based Therapist role supporting our Bismarck, ND office. This position will provide mentalhealth therapy services to youth within the child welfare system as well as their foster care providers, biological families or other natural supports. We are looking for an energetic, compassionate therapist to support the unique needs of children and families.
The Community Based Therapist works as part of a multi-disciplinary wrap-around team in order to provide the most comprehensive and full-service support to clients. This role will be supporting our new Therapeutic Host Homes project!
At Nexus Family Healing, clinicians are supported with free licensure supervision, TF-CBT training and other evidence-based modality training at no cost to the employee. Hybrid remote (community and home-based) in the Bismarck, North Dakota area!
Salary range - $64,000-$74,000
$1,500 sign on bonus

Primary responsibilities:
Creates and drives a trauma-informed environment
Collaboration with youth and family and team to develop an Individual and Family Treatment Plan
Provide individualized, youth-focused, strength and evidenced-based family and individual therapy models with youth, their families and foster families.
Participate in all treatment team meetings and coordinate quarterly CFTM (child and family team meetings)
Participate in needed crisis responses
Coordinate/communicate aftercare needs of the client with family and all necessary social service and community providers to ensure a smooth transition
Work with team member of the treatment team to engage all desired and necessary family members, educational, legal, community, and social service providers (as well as all-natural supports that the youth and family identify) to gather all necessary information to inform and support the treatment process
Ensures that all required client reports, records, and all documentation are produced accurately and maintained in a consistent, timely, and professional manner according to policy and regulated statutes
Qualifications:
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or clinically related field
Licensure preferred or on track with licensure within related clinical field (LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT, LCSW, LICSW, LPC or LMFT) per state board requirements
Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Valid driver's license required
Nice to have:
Experience working with at-risk youth and families facing mentalhealth or behavioral health challenges
Full independent clinical licensure: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT
Travel:
Regular business travel to family homes, community locations, and referral sites required
