In this role, you'll provide in-home therapy and support to children and families facing emotional and behavioral challenges using the Structural Family Therapy model, often in conjunction with Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). You will partner with a co-therapist to deliver intensive, team-based treatment and play a key role in stabilizing families, reducing psychiatric hospitalizations, and improving family functioning.
