The Licensed MentalHealth Counselor (LMHC) will provide essential mentalhealth services within the emergency shelter facilities operated under the Georgia Department of Public Health Emergency Preparedness program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Patient Care:

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The **Physical Therapist (PT)** provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Physical Therapist completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience. The Physical Therapist provides or directs a majority of the patient's physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.
