Key Responsibilities:

* Establishes a strong relationship with the Mental Wellbeing Employee Resource Group Leadership Team and ERG Sponsors.
* Provides strategic and tactical support for Enterprise initiatives such as MentalHealth Awareness Month, Suicide Prevention Month and Construction Inclusion Week.
* Partner with EHS, people practices, and operations teams to integrate well-being into field practices and project delivery.
* Serve as an internal thought leader and external representative on mentalhealth and work environment.
Education Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field required.
* Advanced degree in a behavioral science field (applied linguistics, psychology, sociology, or related) is a plus.
* Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
* Deep knowledge of stigma and cultural barriers to mentalhealth in Veteran and Hispanic immigrant communities.
* Experience in construction or related industries, with an appreciation for "in the field" realities and workforce dynamics.
Work Experience
* 4-8+ years of related experience and training; Behavioral Science expertise with construction experience is a plus.
* 3+ years in internal consulting, with demonstratable skills in change management and analytics.
* 3+ years in designing and managing mentalhealth or wellness outreach programs.
Certifications and Licenses
* Certified coach (ICF or equivalent) preferred.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Salary is just one component of DPR's total compensation package. Anticipated starting pay range: $135,000 - $185,000.

Summary

Education and/or Experience

Drives on program business using personal vehicle for the purposes of medication outreach, home visits, transporting clients to appointments/activities, community/county meetings/trainings, MH court.
Attends to the safety, health, and wellbeing of clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM:
A typical way of obtaining the knowledge, skills and abilities outlined above is through graduation from high school or an accredited GED program and four (4) years of varied experience as a provider of direct mentalhealth services. Relevant higher education may be substituted for up to two (2) years of experience.
OPTIMUM:
Graduation from a four (4) year university or college with a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field and four (4) years varied experience as a provider of direct mentalhealth services or meeting other MentalHealth Rehabilitation Specialist qualifications.

We are looking for a part-time, licensed therapist passionate about whole-person, whole family mentalhealth care to join our clinical team. This position reports to a Clinical Supervisor.
What you'll do:
• Practice evidence-based techniques to motivate, guide, and help our members meet their goals successfully
• Partner closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers
• Pilot experimental therapy protocols and techniques
• Participate in training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model
Who you are:
• Practicing at the top of your license as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC
• Experience with pediatric trauma work required
• EMDR training preferred
• Licensed in California + other states is a bonus
• Tech-savvy and comfortable practicing telehealth via video
• Organized and excited by a dynamic team environment

• Availability to work evening hours

OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Clinical Program Manager, Lead/Urgent Response Supervisor the MentalHealthTherapist/Urgent Response Therapist (URT) provides urgent response to youth and caregivers seeking assistance. This involves on-site phone triage and de-escalation and follow up care to ensure increased safety, stability, and linkage to community, health, educational, social, and mentalhealth resources. DUTIES:
Be present at program location per schedule to provide assessment, triage, and crisis response to those seeking support through the program contact methods (phone, text, live chat, etc.).
Provide immediate coordination with staff on appropriate interventions and supports.
Provide short-term follow up services to client/caregiver to further implement techniques from developed safety plans, teach basic coping skills, and facilitate linkage to other providers and community resources.
Provide mentalhealth and substance abuse assessment as indicated.
Take responsibility for initial safety plan development and implement plan with youth and caregivers.
Coordinate with other team members for comprehensive short-term care.
Participate in the program crisis on-call system.
Facilitate a warm hand-off to county mobile response programs as needed.

Education and Experience:
Graduating with a Masters Degree in a Behavioral Science and registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a LCSW (ACSW), MFT (AMFT) or LPPC (APCC).
New graduates may be considered for employment and are required to have submitted their application for associate registration to BBS within 90 days of their degree award date.
Students may be considered for employment as long as they are enrolled in an applicable graduate program and are required to apply to be registered with the BBS by 90 days of graduation.
Must receive LMFT, LCSW or LPCC license within six years of initial registration with the California BBS as an intern to meet Sacramento County contract requirements.
One year of direct practice experience working with seriously disturbed children, adolescents, and families, and experience in engaging parents as partners and working successfully with families from diverse ethnic and cultural groups is preferred.
Driving is an essential function of this job. As such, employees in this position will be required to furnish their own vehicle to be used in the course of employment. A valid drivers license and minimum insurance coverage is also required. Must be at least 21 years old.
