Job Summary As an Assistant Manager, you're a part of the leadership team. You help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and strong community engagement. Who You Are * Have 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope. * Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams. * Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments. * Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks. * Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. * Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends and holidays. * Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds | 18 kilos.
