Great coworkers who are friendly, positive, motivated, knowledgeable, and flexible. People here are always willing to lend a hand even when its not a task they would normally help with. Apart from the people, the work is challenging and keeps my skills sharp while allowing me the flexibility to have a strong work life balance.
Like many businesses we do have a busy season, and during that time the day to day becomes very fasted paced. For some people, this may be hard to managed or might not be there preferred working environment.
One of the best perks at Tranzact is the holiday party! We have a fabulous party where all the offices meet in the NJ office have a delicious dinner and dance party. It is a great time to see people in person you wouldn't normally see in person!
Andy, the president, is extremely knowledgeable. I've worked with other CEOs and leadership teams that are too far removed from the processes and day to day of the business. Although he is busy, he manages to be tapped in and have fruitful conversations with all areas of the business frequently.
The company culture is great, but it might be beneficial to have more opportunities to get to know people in other offices. While the holiday party is a great time to do this, it would be great to have senior leadership come to all the offices 1-2 times a year.
For the interview, I reviewed my resume and elevator speech. I also looked up reviews about the company, LinkedIn profiles of people who work/worked here and spoke to a former collogue who worked here. Lastly, I reviewed questions I thought I would be asked during the interview.
My compensation is at or above average.
We have a diverse organization. We have different cultures, ethnicities, sexual orientations, genders, religions, ages and parental statuses. As someone in a minority group, I feel represented and that I can be myself without fear.
What brings me the most joy at work is the opportunities to learn and grow. In my time at Tranzact, I've been able to grow my skillset tremendously. This has been made possible by having coworkers who are willing to sit down and do trainings and share their best practices in their roles.
Great people who are smart and have good personalities.
Compensation and benefits are not competitive.
Being able to express yourself fully and genuinely.
Andy is a very smart guy and give helpful, detailed feedback. He is also very honest in a way that helps everyone.
I think Tranzact's culture is beginning to be overtaken by workaholic behaviors which tend to be rewarded and sometimes expected.
Be ready to come with your interesting and unique personality along with critical thinking and analytical skills.
The compensation is below industry average especially when factoring in the bad benefits, specifically health.
Tranzact is not very diverse but minorities including women are somewhat represented.
I enjoy the unique personalities of my coworkers along with the ability to be myself.
Endless opportunities to grow in your skillset and career. Awesome people that are passionate about what they do and the market we serve. Fast-paced environment that is never dull!
Heavy workload in certain periods of the year that seem to expand each year with increased goals.
The money.
Our CEO truly cares about the colleagues of TRANZACT, is approachable and respectful.
More perks for the colleagues to enhance their work life balance.
I spent a lot of time on the TRANZACT website to learn about their people and culture.
I think it's on par.
We could use more diversity on our corporate teams. The Leadership team includes some exceptional women. If you look at our company roster as a whole, we are very diverse.
Woking on challenging and rewarding projects that impact colleagues across the company.
Everyone is smart and hardworking, and I have real friends here. I enjoy my coworkers and can trust them to get the work done. Leadership is open to input and they're good people who care about the people who work here, not just the bottom line.
Every season can be busy season. It keeps things from ever getting boring, but it requires a very strong work ethic to keep up.
Hybrid work model - I love being able to work from home three days a week. I also love our bonus structure - it's fair and substantial.
They care about the people as individuals and are good people. They're smart and open to suggestions.
Fewer meetings
Research the company, understand performance marketing, be yourself, and be up to date on marketing trends.
In my experience, my comp has been on the lower end of the industry average, but not below. Once I brought this to the attention of my manager, though, efforts were made to rectify the situation. And the bonus is part of the total comp which brings the total compensation to in line with industry averages.
Across the organization we have a lot of diversity in race, gender, and religion. I don't think every office is as diverse as some, but on the whole it's very diverse. The leadership team has a lot of women as well.
I love the people I work with so much. They're the reason I enjoy the work that I do.
