The compensation is in the range of $21-28/hr.
Responsibilities:
* Obtains schedules (electronically) from clinicians on a weekly basis.
* Maintains a master schedule.
* Confirms all employee assignments.
* Enters patient frequency and duration data into the database.
* Coordinates employee's schedules to maintain proper productivity.
* Coordinates caseloads with clinicians to determine which patients can be seen by nurses and physical therapists.
* Speaks with patients regarding when employees are scheduled for visits.
* Tracks all lab results and faxes information to clinicians as well as MD and infusion companies.
* Contacts staff regarding new patients on their schedules.
* Faxes/emails all patient information to the clinician.
* Converts all admits/discharges.
* Provides support with other office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
* High school graduate with a minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience.
* Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Job Description
Your Impact as a Medical Lead Veterinarian
As the Medical Lead Veterinarian, you are the champion of medical excellence in your hospital. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your associate veterinarians, partnering with your Practice Manager to build a healthy and engaged team, and driving the continuous improvement of patient care and client service. This is a key leadership role where you will set the standard for clinical quality and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
* Lead and Mentor Your DVM Team: You will manage all associate veterinarians, conducting regular performance discussions, coaching them on individual development goals (including production and PCT), and fostering a culture of teamwork and retention.
* Role Model Medical Excellence: You will set the example for the highest quality of medicine, client service, and efficiency, while also practicing as an associate veterinarian and achieving your own production goals.
* Drive Hospital Performance: In partnership with your Practice Manager, you will help develop the annual operating plan, manage hospital financial performance toward an EBITDA goal, and ensure compliance with all medical and DEA regulations.

Mental Health Worker Inpatient: Under the direction and supervision of the RN, LVN or Charge RN assist the licensed nursing staff in providing and documenting patient care including assistance with activities of daily living. Responsibilities
CPT I must meet the regulatory requirements of CA Codes (Business and Professions Code: 1246); (California Code of Regulations: 1034) or state regulatory certification requirements to work in the clinical laboratory. The PT I; 1) performs computer data entry, filing, telephone communication and other clerical duties, 2) possesses adequate knowledge of the terminology of tests ordered in the laboratory, 3) demonstrates good communication skills and telephone etiquette in greeting patients and other visitors in a polite and friendly manner, 4) demonstrates proper phlebotomy technique and the use of equipment in collecting specimens from newborns to geriatric patients, 5) processes microbiology, immunology, hematology, coagulation, urinalysis, chemistry and blood bank specimens, 6) processes specimens for referral to reference laboratories, 7) stocks routine supplies, 8) maintains the cleanliness of storage areas, trays, centrifuges, refrigerators, freezers and work areas, 9) processes or load specimens on automated laboratory instrumentation in accordance with established policy and procedures, 10) May be assist to Pick up samples at hospital/ OR, assist lab specialty in sorting out samples for analysis and put away samples, assist pathology, inventory, replenish supplies, order supplies, mail pick up/ delivery, faxing, answering phone, product deliveries, etc.. 11) other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned by the department manager/director.
