Bilingual skills are preferred. The Clinical Practice Educator (CPE) supports clinical excellence by guiding and elevating the education of NICU, Pediatric Acute Care, and PICU staff. Reporting to the Director of Women and Children services, this person will assess competence, and identify ongoing learning needs to strengthen patient care. In this role, you'll develop and deliver impactful education, support evidence-based practice, and participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.
