The Anatomic Pathology Supervisor is responsible for performing duties to meet quality assurance, safety and accreditation requirements in the laboratory. The Anatomic Pathology Supervisor also oversees a variety of projects that can be delegated by the Director of Laboratory Operations or Medical Laboratory Director. The Pathology Data Specialist extracts data from pathology reports, validates specimen metadata, and coordinates entry of standardized diagnostic information into NeoGenomics' LIS. This function supports high-quality test routing, reflex accuracy, and compliance with CAP/CLIA standards, acting as a bridge between Accessioning, Client Services, Histology, and Molecular Lab Operations. The Pathology Data Specialist works closely with NeoGenomics pathologists and the medical team to ensure diagnostic accuracy. Position Summary: The Clinical Laboratory Technologist works under general supervision and is responsible for complex laboratory procedures and handling all types of specimens submitted to the department for processing tasks assigned.
