· Has the ability to learn all system control tables, knowledge and understanding of warehouse management systems particularly Infor (EXE Technologies 5.3 or 5.6 UNIX based).
· Review, update and implement procedural changes that allow current processes to be more effective.
· Ensure all associates have the proper training and tools needed to perform the duties expected of them using the EXE system.
· Preparing the warehouse for Physical Inventory by organizing the step by step announcements and procedures and distributing them in a timely manner so that all functions are accomplished which include running all reports and supervising data entry and physical counts during the Physical Inventory.
· Work with all Managers/Supervisors to ensure that the current procedures are being followed to obtain the overall goal of accurate orders, reduced damages and mis-picks and a higher service level to our customers
· Establish and perform training for the end user on basic system functionality.
· Fully document user requirements, process design, functional design.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
· 3 to 5 years of SA EXE systems experience is require
· Food distribution industry experience is highly desired:
o Excellent knowledge of distribution operations, receiving, shipping, loading, inventory control, transfers, cross-dock, flow through, asset tracking, OSHA, labor standards and radio frequency systems.
o Distribution knowledge including warehousing, transportation, order management, order-delivery scheduling and slotting.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as exceptional diagnostic and time management capabilities.

Role Overview
We're seeking a Systems Engineer/Administrator with deep expertise in private cloud architecture, Kubernetes orchestration, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI), and enterprise identity management. This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in greenfield environments-where you'll design and build our compute, storage, and identity infrastructure from the ground up. You will be instrumental in deploying and managing our Kubernetes clusters, virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365 environment, and infrastructure automation, ensuring our systems meet the performance and compliance demands of healthcare workloads.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and manage modern private cloud infrastructure supporting containerized and virtualized workloads
Lead deployment and day-2 operations of Kubernetes clusters (Talos, RKE2, K3s) including storage integration, network policy configuration, and cluster lifecycle management
Architect and implement hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) platforms using technologies such as Ceph, Storage Spaces Direct (S2D), or similar solutions
Deploy and manage hypervisor platforms (Hyper-V, KVM, XCP-ng, Proxmox) for virtualized workloads
Administer and maintain Linux and Windows server environments across on-premises and cloud infrastructure
Design, implement, and manage Active Directory environments including Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificate services
Architect and administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including hybrid identity configurations, conditional access policies, and identity governance
Implement and manage enterprise SSO solutions integrating with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, and federated identity providers
Administer Microsoft 365 tenant including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security/compliance configurations
Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint management including device compliance policies, application deployment, and configuration profiles
Deploy and manage web server infrastructure (IIS, Apache, Nginx) for internal and external applications
Manage enterprise file server infrastructure including DFS, permissions management, and storage optimization
Design and implement enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions ensuring RPO/RTO requirements are met for critical systems
Lead migration projects from legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-native and hybrid solutions
Deploy and maintain comprehensive system monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Wazuh)
Develop infrastructure-as-code automation workflows using Terraform, Ansible, and PowerShell
Implement GitOps practices for infrastructure and application deployment pipelines
Design and manage persistent storage solutions for Kubernetes including CSI drivers, storage classes, and backup/recovery procedures
Support FedRAMP, HIPAA, and FDA 510(k)-aligned infrastructure deployments with proper hardening and audit trails
Develop and maintain systems documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks
Participate in on-call rotation for critical systems infrastructure
Required Qualifications
7-10+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps/SRE roles
Deep expertise in Linux server administration (RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server environments
Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory design, implementation, and troubleshooting including Group Policy management
Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including hybrid identity, conditional access, and enterprise application integration
Experience implementing and managing enterprise SSO solutions (Okta, Ping, Azure AD SSO, ADFS)
Strong hands-on expertise with Kubernetes including deployment, troubleshooting, and day-2 operations
Proven experience designing and deploying hyper-converged infrastructure (Ceph, S2D, Nutanix, or similar)
Deep experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, KVM, XCP-ng, VMware, Proxmox)
Experience administering Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint compliance

Job Description

About the Role
The Field Support Engineer will provide on-site support for client networks. The engineer must possess knowledge of network hardware, networking, software, and configuration.
