Associate researches a pool of systems/equipment, provided by Verizon, to identify the correct systems/equipment ID and all related IDs in the Verizon provisioning systems for accuracy and data integrity. The associate then takes the appropriate steps to work and complete the CCR/Project issued, so that Verizon realizes savings and or increase in revenue.
Responsibilities:
Prioritize the installation of equipment and/or CCR/Projects, as directed by Verizon.
Conduct research by utilizing the following systems in order to provision and install the equipment. These systems include, but are not limited to: BGW, ICON, CCP, Venue, CoFEE, EMS, VeNoM, TeMIP, NetCONFIG, Impact, Netsmart, One Control and other various NMS and EMS platforms.
