The Executive Engagement Administrator serves as a key contact with clients and candidates, schedules interviews, arranges consultant and candidate travel, ensures all due diligence has been conducted on candidates, reviews results, and flags issues. Additional responsibilities include: In accordance with the Firm's brand standards, prepare all production work associated with executing a search assignment from start to finish, including qualifications packages for potential new searches, proposal and confirmation letters, position specifications, target lists, progress reports, candidate presentations, reference reports, closeout letters, and candidate and client correspondence. Close out completed searches and organize all material associated with the search in accordance with audit requirements. Ideal Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Engagement Administrator Experience in a professional services environment is preferable. Strong project coordination/management skills Experience coordinating complex logistics and projects with multiple stakeholders. Position Overview: The Mechanic position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of plumbing and mechanical systems in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. This role supports a broad range of building systems-including hydronic heating/cooling, pumps, boilers, mechanical equipment, and piping systems for the Operations and Maintenance of City-owned properties within the Asset Management portfolio at NYCEDC, specifically the Brooklyn Army Terminal Campus in Brooklyn NY and other properties as assigned within the EDC portfolio. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: General Plumbing Tasks: Perform basic plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing faucets, clearing minor clogs, and repairing toilets and sinks. Assist with small piping repairs, fixture replacements, and domestic water pump repairs. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems for leaks, wear, or performance issues. Replace cartridges, flushometers, valves, traps, aerators, and simple plumbing components. Facility Maintenance Duties: Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services as directed, including electrical, gas, water & sewer, heating ventilation and air conditioner (HVAC), carpentry, painting, masonry and general janitorial needs. Provide operational support for portfolio monitoring, reporting, and integration between legacy and digital systems. Define and monitor market benchmarks in the NYC landscape that may influence NYCIDA, Build NYC, and NYCNCC and maintain a repository of findings. Identify key performance indicators and other ESG-related metrics to support future reporting and leverage portfolio data. Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analyses to extract impact trends and inform future project diligence. Assist in drafting materials that communicate program goals and achievements to strategic external audiences. Research emerging trends and opportunities to further develop and expand SIG's programs. Qualifications & Requirements: Preferred field(s) of study: Public Policy & Administration, Politics, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Sociology, or related field Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program; recent graduates are also encouraged to apply Demonstrated enthusiasm for the mission of NYCEDC Demonstrated written, verbal, and analytical skills Demonstrated experience in using database and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
