Adjust and create group policies in order to smooth configuration of PC deployment and maintain security. Admin and monitor support ticket system for corporate users and fix the issues according to the SLA. Create and maintain user accounts in local Active Directory, Azure AD for Office 365, ticket system, VOIP, password manager and any other related systems. Responsible for documentation of network infrastructure, systems, backups and so on. Maintain licensing pertaining to O365 and others that may fall into corporate network support. Make recommendations on technology for business needs. Manages and supports e-mail anti-malware software and anti-phishing tools filters, video conferencing and implements secure Internet access where needed throughout all Dickey's offices. Accountabilities/Duties: Follows NbC proprietary recipes and cake production methods with precision and achieves productivity goals. Follows NbC proprietary frosting recipe and application methods with precision and achieves productivity goals. Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake and frost cakes. Accurately prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, places cake pans into a hot oven and monitors the baking process. Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked and frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintains frosting and baking and refrigeration logs. Assists Bakery Manager in the development of cake production plan monitors inventory of baking supplies and notifies management when supply replenishment is required. Evaluates raw ingredients and baked cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues. Complies with all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene. Ensures an adequate supply of frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case and maintains appropriate frosting and frosted cake par levels. Prioritizes cake pre-orders according to schedule and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly. Monitors inventory of frosting supplies and notifies management when replenishment is required. Evaluates baked and frosted cakes to ensure NbC standards are met and informs management of any quality control issues. Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks workstation, ensures frosting and baking supplies are sufficiently prepared for the next shift, and washes any equipment in the absence of the Dishwasher/Utility Employee. Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record. Work Availability: Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays, based on changing business demands.
