They assess and manage complex patient needs, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, patient-centered care. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and a positive team culture. Qualifications Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Active RN license in the State of Alabama. Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required). Experience Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required. At least 1 year of PACU, ICU, or ED experience strongly preferred. Ambulatory surgery center or interventional pain experience is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong clinical assessment and post-anesthesia care capabilities. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Proficiency with EMR systems. Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and confidentiality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients for extended periods. Ability to lift and position patients/equipment as needed. Must be able to respond quickly in emergency situations.
