Practice within a Team-Based Care model, collaborating closely with MAs, volunteers, and other clinicians. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical exam, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Order and interpret diagnostic tests as clinically indicated. Utilize Athena EMR for accurate and timely documentation (training provided). Provide walk-in and same-day care as needed. Perform minor office procedures based on training and experience (e.g., incision & drainage, sutures, joint injections, biopsies). Deliver reproductive health services if trained/certified (e.g., IUD insertions, Nexplanon, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy). Uphold all applicable clinical standards, safety protocols, and state medical regulations. Engage in clinic-wide quality improvement efforts and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
