* Administer and order point of care and lab-based testing as needed

Your APP - NursePractitioner Responsibilities:
Will primarily support in-home, patient-facing visits to support patient care needs in the market.
Performs primary care in home services, initial patient screenings/physical examinations, creates appropriate assessment/plan and completes documentation in a timely manner.
