Job Title Operating Engineer Responsible to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s). Replace lamps, light fixtures, reinstall or replace signage, verify rooms are clean and clear of obstructions and debris Check for properly operating emergency exit signs and lights and ensure free and clear access to emergency stairs and exits. A minimum of 5 years of energy industry design experience is required. A minimum 3 years of experience in pressure vessel design, routing piping, skids, and structural assemblies in compliance with applicable ANSI, ASME, AWS, and OSHA standards is required. The ability to work with minimal supervision and to deliver assignments on schedule is required. 3 years of experience in industry tolerancing knowledge for product designs such as GD&T is strongly preferred but not required. Demonstrated proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, Vault, and AutoCAD is required, at a level commensurate with experience. Knowledge of detailing Piping ISOs, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) is preferred but not required. Knowledge of Product Data Management and/or Product Lifecycle Management platform such as Vault is preferred but not required. Demonstrable knowledge of documentation control and/or technical drawing revision change control and obsoletion practices is strongly preferred but not required. Prior oil and gas drafting experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred, but not required. SolidWorks, CADWorx, or Plant 3D experience is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

OVERVIEW * FULL TIME Responsible for the proper, safe, and efficient operation of the Engine Room and air-conditioning equipment provided for the supply of hot water and steam and for heating, ventilating and air-conditioning of the CityPlex towers. RESPONSIBILITIES * Operation of the Engine Room equipment including all boilers and their auxiliary equipment, pumps, controls, valves, etc., as per the manufacturers operating instructions and the relevant rules and regulations for safe and correct working as laid down by the State and Federal authorities. * Check and regulate devises for control of feed water (quality and quantity), fuel and combustion air, so as to obtain optimum working conditions, to supply the varying needs for hot water and steam of the CityPlex Towers in the most efficient, safe and economical manner and maintaining continuity of supply. * Operation of the chillers, boilers and equipment as per manufacturers operating instructions and good engineering practice. * Apply all alertness and judgment in timely detection of any malfunctioning which may arise during operation of the plants and take prompt and effective action to rectify the defect and restore normal working conditions. * Shut down and start up working and standby units as may be required to meet normal and emergency situations. * Assist Chief Engineer in maintaining adequate supplies of fuel oil, water treatment chemicals, spare parts, lubricants and other supplies to ensure trouble-free and continuous operation of the plants. * Maintain proper logs and records and work schedules and assist the Chief Engineer in carrying out test runs to evaluate correct operation and plan future programs for improvements in efficiency of plant and personnel and for energy conservation. * Carry out routine maintenance work as per directions of the Chief Engineer. * Other duties as assigned. COMPETENCIES Knowledge & Experience * Required a High School diploma or GED * Must possess City of Tulsa First Class Stationary Engineer License (unlimited preferred). Skills & Abilities: * Requires a minimum of four (4) years working experience in similar working capacity.
