What this job involves:
Complete repairs and maintenance for commercial and office HVAC; Experience with Data Center settings, operations, and protocol; Applied working knowledge of chilled water systems; cooling towers and chillers to include associated pumps, valves, VFD's, VAV; forced air furnace and boilers to include associated pumps and condensate return system. What your day-to-day will look like:
Control the daily operation of all mechanical equipment in the physical plant and buildings
Perform maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture and Control systems for the facility to keep these systems up to applicable standards
Monitors and Maintains responsibility for tenant services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and technical proficiency
Monitor's operation and maintains refrigeration, water cooling and air conditioning equipment, boilers, heating, ventilating and hot water equipment, pumps, valves, piping and filters, other mechanical and electrical equipment
Performs and/or completes all tenant service requests accurately and expediently.
Performs preventative maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
Monitors the quality of maintenance work performed by outside contractors.
Be able to evaluate building systems to monitor and to improve performance to operate efficiently.
Complies with all policies and procedures established for the building.
Ability to work long hours occasionally and some weekends and Holidays
Rotating on-call assignments with Facilities Services
Capable of performing duties as a stationary facility engineer in a large facility and/or mobile facility engineer responsible for several facilities located in a designated geographic area
Actively participates in emergency response procedures, technical and safety training programs.
Perform all work using the proper safety equipment and in a safe manner
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC trade, applied working knowledge of building trades
Knowledge of maintenance and operation of building automation, water treatment and fire life safety systems
Universal CFC certification
Good interpersonal and a positive team attitude
Familiarity with computers and operations and office automation applications, including Microsoft Office
Strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to regularly required to sit, stand, walk long distances, bend, and lift objects of up to 100 lbs
High school diploma or GED

Job Description:
* Provide technical support to key customers in base station/ broadcasting/ Microwave RF Power areas both OEM accounts and distribution channel.
* Design and optimize high performance RF Power amplifier device/turnkey solution, help to debug and fine tuning customers' design inside lab to meet customer expectation.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor/master's degree in electronic engineering with the focus on RF.
* 5+ years experiences in RF design or applications, experience in high power amplifier is preferred.
* Expert in RF laboratory equipment and measurement techniques.
* Expert on the design of high-power RF circuits for Power Amplifier applications.
* Highly knowledgeable on modelling techniques for non-linear systems, familiar with simulation tool like ADS/Microwave office/Momentum.
* Highly knowledgeable on the physics of device operation.
* Good understanding of RF circuit techniques for performance enhancements such as digital pre-distortion and Doherty.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Have a proactive, implementation-focused approach.
* Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

Role Overview
The Facilities Engineer supports the operations of our lab, office and GMP manufacturing facilities. This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of critical plant infrastructure maintenance in support of the GMP facility as well as capital project execution to enhance and increase facility reliability and maximize uptime. The Facilities Engineer will direct and coordinate external contractors and service providers to ensure execution of preventive maintenance and repairs for a variety of systems. They will be responsible for the global implementation of the Computerize Maintenance Management System to track all Kriya capital equipment. This individual will also be responsible for providing technical support for ongoing operations by serving as a system owner for Facilities' systems, maintaining the site in a compliant state, and ensuring engineering and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all facilities operate adhere to both GMP and non-GMP industry guidelines and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Prioritize safety and quality in daily work
* Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, contractors and service providers for general building maintenance and repairs, calibrations, utility maintenance. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements are met.
* Direct technical and management aspects of multiple projects to ensure on time delivery, project compliance, budget, and required deliverables.
* Support the Maintenance and Facilities functions for multiple locations including corrective and preventative maintenance and repair of facilities, utilities, and equipment.
* Support CAPA, Change Control, Deviation, Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and other Quality Systems.
* Develop KPIs and monitor critical facility and utility services for proper function and take immediate corrective action to resolve any issues.
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and other procedures for installed systems.
* Support and comply with engineering standards, drawing controls, project controls and other procedures and standards necessary for the successful operation of the department as well as the creation and maintenance of the same.
Experience & Skills
* Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical preferred), or related field.
* 3+ years of relevant experience in a GMP Manufacturing environment (gene therapy or biotechnology preferred)
* Proficiency with CMMS
* Proficiency with MS Office - Excel, PM Project & Outlook
* Ability to work collaboratively, and perform in an autonomous work environment with a strong sense of self-accountability
