What this job involves:
The Building Engineer Specialist ensures the technical excellence and operational reliability of Microsoft facilities across assigned countries in Latin America. Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in facilities management, building engineering, or technical operations with strong background in hard services
Expert knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building automation systems
Proficiency in CMMS systems and preventive maintenance program development
Expert English and intermediate Spanish language proficiency
Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring, data analysis, and troubleshooting
