We are searching for an individual who can conceptualize and design HVAC and industrial process systems. Responsibilities:
• Design of multiple types of HVAC systems including chilled water, hot water heating, water-source heat pump, variable air volume, DX, snowmelt, radiant floor, etc... for many types of facilities including office, multi-family, hi-rise, warehouse, industrial, healthcare, religious, retail, educational, and hospitality
• Conceptualize and design process systems for industrial applications
• Production of design models using Revit and AutoCAD MEP
• Mentoring and coaching other members of the design team
• Know and interpret applicable building codes
• Ability to perform load calculations using Carrier HAP software
• Ability to work well with customers, consulting engineers, code officials, and internal teams

Work closely with Procurement to manage component inventory levels within Baan ERP and ensure availability of materials for production and prototyping.
Conduct regular audits of BOMs within Agile PLM and Baan ERP to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Support manufacturing operations by providing accurate BOM information from Agile PLM for production planning and scheduling.
Participate in cross-functional teams to address BOM-related issues within Agile PLM and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain documentation related to BOMs within Agile PLM, including revision control and change management processes.
Stay informed about industry standards and best practices related to BOM management and documentation within Agile PLM.
Execute engineering change orders and update product data
Assist with preparation of engineering documents including drawings, specifications, process documentation and assembly instructions.
Maintain records and files for all completed engineering work in both electronic and paper versions as required.
Assist with 5S programs.
Assist other functional areas as directed.

ABOUT THE JOB
SUMMARY
The Associate Product Engineer supports existing product designs and implements engineering changes of low to moderate complexity. This role primarily focuses on mechanical engineering, with opportunities to learn basic electrical troubleshooting. As part of a global engineering and quality team serving RV, marine, automotive, and office furniture markets, the Associate Product Engineer collaborates with sales, quality, purchasing, and marketing teams to ensure product integrity and continuous improvement.
