Your Mission
•Lead and manage engineering projects related to metal additive manufacturing process chain, to ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
•Advise customers from both technical and economic perspectives to deliver the optimal engineering solution within a comprehensive production strategy.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service, sales, and product and software development to innovate EOS products and processes.
•Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving for EOS' systems and processes.
•Conduct benchmarking and feasibility studies to evaluate new materials, hardware features, and processes for metal additive manufacturing.
•Actively drive knowledge management through proper documentation and internal knowledge transfer.
•Stay updated with the latest advancements in metal additive manufacturing and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
•Identify clients requiring additional support and coordinate assistance through Additive Minds services and consulting projects.
•Prepare build files and operate EOS metal machines.
•Participate in thought leadership initiatives, such as writing whitepapers, publishing technical articles, delivering presentations, and representing the company at trade shows.
Your Talents
•Master's or bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related field.
•Project management experience
•At least 4 years of experience in laser powder bed additive manufacturing technologies.
• A strong background in Additive Manufacturing applications, including build layout
design, part orientation, support strategies, and post-processing techniques.
