Perform all assigned work to ensure the safety of the building's tenants and the continuous operation of the site.
Be familiar with and conform to all written operating procedures associated with the site.
Assist in snow and ice clearing operations, including the coordination of plowing and salting activities by outside vendors.

Job Overview

* Shall coordinate with HVAC personnel to develop an FYPD+3 Optimization Major Repair and Replacement Plan which examines the entire inventory of regulated refrigerants and air-conditioning and refrigeration (AC/R) equipment, equipment condition and efficiency, and the availability of the equipment's refrigerant. Shall propose cost-effective equipment replacement.
* Identify and accurately document current facility and equipment conditions and deficiencies.
* Recommend actions for correcting all deficiencies, including cost estimates as well as recommended improvements.
* Assist with establishing HVAC and mechanical set points strategy for optimum building operation.
* Incorporate pre-existing Facility Condition Assessment Data.

NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer. Strong capabilities in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions within secure cloud and on-premises environments are required. The IAM Engineer will be located remotely and support US Southern Command. US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases, is required for employment. A Secret US Government security clearance is required.
Work Setting:
This role offers flexibility in location, with the option to work from any NV5 Regional Office or remotely from home.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, ensuring secure authentication and access control across cloud and on-premises environments.
Enfore Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles and role-based access control (RBAC) policies to protect mission-critical systems.
Integrate IAM solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Common Access Card (CAC) authentication mechanisms.
Oversee IAM automation, ensuring streamlined provisioning and de-provisioning of user roles and permissions.
Qualifications
Minimum Requriements:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in IAM engineering.
Demonstrated experience in designing and managing IAM frameworks in cloud environments (AWS, Azure), configuring identity governance tools, and implementing ZTA models, including federation across hybrid environments.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Okta, Ping Identity, or AWS IAM, authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and multi-factor authentication.
Strong knowledge of DoD IL2, IL4, and IL5 security frameworks and compliance standards.
Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks.
Secret or higher clearance
Preferred:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSO), AWS Certified Security Specialty, or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
Experience with government IT programs and environments.
TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.
Clearance Requirement:
Active Secret required; TS/SCI preferred.

General Description JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ENGINEER III! The Engineer III role involves highly complex and specialized engineering work. Duties include planning, coordinating, and reviewing the work of technical engineering applications submitted by the consulting engineers engaged in the design and permitting of development plans. Also assist in the development and review of the laws and practices relating to the National Flood Insurance Program and the continued participation in the Community Rating System.
Essential Job Functions
Provides technical review of engineering design consultant's design, plans, and specifications for site development projects and prepares review comments. Conducts specialized engineering analysis of complex stormwater management systems. Assists in the development and administration criteria of the drainage studies as they pertain to rezoning, site development, and other developments as needed. Assists in the preparation of in-house criteria and ordinances as they relate to drainage and flood issues. Prepares project status reports and schedules as required. Makes engineering investigations and prepares reports on findings.
Assists in the development, training and administration of the Pasco County Flood Damage Protection Program and Community Rating System including interface with FEMA to ensure continued compliance with programs. Assists in the preparation of applications for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program, Pre-Disaster Mitigation and Flood Mitigation Assistance Program, which include conducting Benefit-Cost Analysis and submittal via eGrant. Monitor and manage contracts and projects, which are primarily for the elevation or acquisition of structures. Performs related work as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
* Knowledge of the principles and practices of civil engineering.
* Knowledge of modern engineering procedures and techniques as they apply to public works, drainage, and utilities.
* Knowledge of modern developments, current literature and sources of information in the area of public works, drainage, and utilities engineering.
* Knowledge of the overall FEMA flood program from map development, determinations, Letters of Map Amendment and Letters of Map Revision and flood studies, construction techniques and requirements.
* Ability to give technical and professional review to a wide variety and large volume of engineering plans, specifications, and related documents.
* Ability to present clear and concise reports, orally and in writing.
* Working knowledge of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) standard specifications and indexes, Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD) rules, Florida Department of Environmental Protection (F.D.E.P.) rules, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Army Corps of Engineers (A.C.O.E.) rules.
* Ability to read and interpret complex engineering plans and specifications.
* Ability to meet and work with the public, contractors, FDOT and SWFWMD personnel, make presentations, and reply to complaints.
Minimum Requirements
PHYSICAL SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively using verbal, written and visual communication.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Five (5) years' of experience in the field of civil engineering in development, roads, bridges, or drainage projects. Three (3) years of engineering experience as a Professional Engineer required.Experience working with regulatory rules, standards, specifications, and processes preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS: Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License. Registration as a Professional Engineer. Certification as a Floodplain Manager preferred.
Applicants that are not registered as a Professional Engineer may apply but would be considered for a Technical Specialist III position at $68,106.00 - $102,159.00 Annually (D.O.Q.).
